What if it's a humor bump?

So, common wisdom the last few days seems to be that Hillary's primary wins can be attributed to negative campaigning. Which may well be true.

However, what about the self-deprecating humor she displayed so beautifully on Saturday Night Live and on The Daily Show? Seems to me those appearances worked to humanize her a wee bit.

I'm not in anyone's camp--well, I'm somewhere in the forest between H's and O's camps--but humor is very effective on me. I'm just sayin'.

I agree! I think it's a humor bump. Not that I have a problem with that...

I heard on NPR that Obama & wife had a fun time at 2nd City recently, laughing at a sketch about themselves...so, maybe thick skin is a requirement for this gig.

Hey, when I read your title, I thought perhaps you were referring to the bump on Wrigley's head. Maybe it's NOT a smart bump, but a humor bump. That would explain A WHOLE LOT.

I'm in that same forest. I'd like a little more humor. Lately things have seemed a bit harsh. More laughter . . . less sniping!
