Definitely. Feature Fatigue is a wonderful way of describing my response to products and systems that just can't say no to a new feature.
Like, sometimes a web site just makes me want to curl up in a ball and hum to myself. Likewise, some textbooks.
Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.
