You only have one day in Seattle?
For everyone in metropolitan NYC who has expressed a desire to visit Seattle--go! August is a particularly lovely time to visit. If you only get one day in my beautiful home town, here's the Seattle Times's one day guide, with lots of pix.

I looked up you-know-who last year and fell for her again so hard--just like at 18, don't know what it is, but she's still got it--and now she has utterly and completely broken my heart; my life and personality are in shreds. Karma, perhaps? Or revenge?
