Maddie, Harley, and I have arrived at our new home in the Great White North. (Okay, so it's only a five hour drive from the previous home, but still.) I'm enjoying NOT hearing car alarms at all hours of the day and night. The moving van doesn't arrive 'til tomorrow morning, so the place echoes a bit. Plus it needs a major cleaning job, which I won't be able to give it, at least not all at once as I'd like.
Maddie says the new neighborhood has excellent stuff for sniffing, and Harley is such a hedonist (well, she IS a cat, after all) that as long as I provide food on demand, a comfy place to snooze, a clean litter box, and some recreational cat nip, she'll be fine.
