Okay, so this is weird

I have to say, this is the first time I've ever had to deal with this particular problem: I have to eat.

Yes, folks, I've lost a bit too much weight. It's a combination of the antidepressant I take (generic Wellbutrin) and recent anxiety (mega-transition-time!). Now, at other times in my life--most times in my life--this would have been a lovely side effect of a challenging period. But nooooo....I actually have to worry about being too skinny. (I know my middle sister hears this one--it's all fun and games til your favorite jeans slide off your hips!)

So, I headed off to the grocery store to stock up on lots of tasty goodness. Cookies. Chips & salsa & sour cream. Beer (love those little Coronitas--so cute). Ben & Jerry's (I even had a coupon).

Any moment now I'll be filling out my new Levis again. And someday, I will look back fondly on this time, as my geriatrician reminds me that ice cream is not, in fact, one of the major food groups. Tee hee.

Eat sister! Now's the time to enjoy those tasty treats! A secret, I keep Ensure type stuff in the fridge. Sometimes I just don't feel like eating, the Sjogren's makes my mouth too dry to enjoy even chewing, much less swallowing.
Must be something in the air...I've dropped 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks.

Maybe you could put the ensure in a blender with some espresso...hmmm...like I need more caffeine!

And who on earth wrote that anonymous comment? What does that even mean?? Compared to the women on America's Next Top Model, I'm still peasant stock, for sure, but for me and my body type and my health, yeah, I'm heading in the wrong direction. Yikes.

Anonymous would be the people who give us the bad body imagine to begin with.
Ensure with Ice Cream in the blender is a good thing!!
As far as peasant stock...I'm all good with that. At 5'10", under 140 pounds, and I'm a bag of bones. Just the way it is.
