We are gathered here today to lay to rest susansinclair's cravings for potato chips and dip. I should have figure this out last time (about a month ago) when I bought some, and it took me a week to finish them. Half of yesterday's are heading straight to the trash.
Does this mean my tastebuds might be learning to crave the good stuff? Like, organic corn chips and healthy salsa? Pretzels & cheese? mmmmm
Oh, wait--I still like the cola every now and again...I guess I could buy the pricey food co-op stuff, just to pretend it's a wee bit healthier.

I had such a craving for chips and dip yesterday. I substituted carrots and Ranch dressing, only to find out that Ranch dressing has more fat than sour cream. What a ruse!!
And I love me some health food soda. It doesn't have high fructose corn syrup, which I think is the only way in which it can be considered "healthy." But I do it. So should you!
I STILL love chips and dip, but don't allow myself to purchase them very often. I do, however, allow myself to purchase pita chips and spinach dip. Cuz if it's got a bit of vege-table in it, it's gotta be healthy, right?
