So, after congratulating myself with the superiority of the temporarily able-bodied because I didn't get the nasty head cold that Ms J suffered with last week, guess what? Yup. Woke up this morning with a sore throat. And it's getting worse.

Now, having finished my Ms J special (herbal tea and a half-packet of TheraFlu), I'm off to bed. Maybe the health fairies will come wave their wands over my sinuses tonight. Karma's a bitch.
