For friends of Dr. Q (who's promised to start a blog once she's settled in Kuwait), she'll be at GMT + 3 hours, while the Eastern US is GMT -4 during Daylight Savings. In other words, She'll be 7 to 8 hours ahead of us, depending on the time of year.
But then, she's always been light years ahead of me...
