Last night I dreamt...

...that I was teaching, which isn't unusual. And I dreamt I was late to class, that I couldn't find my room, that someone else was in the room we were supposed to be in, etc. Again, not unusual themes. But then, in the dream, I fell asleep about 15 minutes into teaching the class, and awoke about 5 minutes after the class should have ended. Several of the students were still there.

Falling asleep in class, as the teacher, is a new theme. I wonder what it means?

As always, any number of people I went to school with--and I lived in the same place throughout my childhood, so a lot of us went to school together from pre-K onward--appeared as students in my class. Of course, these folks are inevitably in their 20s still, while I'm definitely my age. Which, effective Tuesday, will be 42.

Another dream involved zombies and older neighborhoods of Seattle and earthquakes and such. And folks wonder why I can't handle scary books or movies!

Poihaps you're bored with what you're teaching? Or you have this fear that students don't need what you're teaching--that you're dispensable.
Your friend,

Nicely done, my dear. And since it's 205, *either* is likely!

Hey, Freud keeps dreaming that her teeth are falling out. You gonna listen to her?
