It's ugly, brutish, and short--but darnit, it's a draft! I now have three ugly, brutish and short chapter drafts, which means I'm 3/5 of the way through to a "complete" ugly, brutish and short diss draft!
How's that for faint praise?

All drafts are good drafts. All first drafts are bad drafts. There will be a quiz on that later.
