No--not SpongeBob!

So, apparently, those godless gay agenda pushers are using SpongeBob to convert children! It's true, y'know--they can't have their own kids, so they have to lure innocents to their dens of iniquity. James Dobson, of the radical right wing Focus on the Family, has blasted what he terms a "pro-homosexual" (if yuh ain't fer us, yer agin us) video. Here's a paragraph from a NYTimes online piece by David D. Kirkpatrick:

"Now, Dr. Dobson said, SpongeBob's creators had enlisted him in a 'pro-homosexual video,' in which he appeared alongside children's television colleagues like Barney and Jimmy Neutron, among many others. The makers of the video, he said, planned to mail it to thousands of elementary schools to promote a 'tolerance pledge' that includes tolerance for differences of 'sexual identity.'"

Well, I'd long suspected Barney (all that purple, c'mon), but Jimmy Neutron? When you think about it, it's not like Jimmy's out playing football, so I suppose I should have guessed.
